When will I receive my order?

Processing time to make your garment is approximately 1-5 business days. Shipping time depends on your location, but it is estimated to be 2-8 business days for U.S. domestic orders. It may take longer for Alaska, Hawaii, and other U.S. territories.

The majority of our items are made-to-order by our production partners. Some products require a lot of attention, and some printing processes take longer than others. If there are any anticipated delays, you will be updated via email.

On occasion, we will release limited runs of apparel or other items. This is when we create a unique design or piece and pre-sell it before manufacturing it. Refer to your pre-order information for actual shipping times, but typically, it can take 8 to 16 weeks.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary by order destination, item type, and order weight.

Where is my order? The tracking says label created, but the package has not moved in days.

You may notice a tracking confirmation via email. Our partners begin processing labels in advance to streamline our shipping process. This allows us to ship immediately as products are produced! Unfortunately, this also means that we cannot change your shipping destination once the labels are processed.

Where is my order? The tracking is in transit or says delivered, but I do not have my items.

Unfortunately, once items leave our partner facility and are in the hands of the postal carrier, we do not have control or further information about your order outside the tracking number provided.

For additional inquiries regarding the delivery status of your item, please contact the shipping carrier or file a claim with the shipping carrier directly. Our partners use USPS, DHL, UPS, and Acendio, depending on your location. Refer to the tracking you received for more information.

Will I pay for taxes and customs on my order?

Yes, customers are responsible for duties and taxes calculated by their home countries upon delivery. Customers can use their own local currency and a local payment method at checkout.

I need help with finding my size.

Please refer to the sizing chart in the photo carousel of each product page. You can also find information on the "Our Fits" page.

The art size on my shirt looks different than what is pictured on the website.

Prints can vary in shades of color due to computer monitor discrepancies, our manufacturing processes, dry temperatures, etc.

What is your refund/exchange policy?

Because most of our items are made-to-order, all sales are considered final. This means we only accept returns if there was a mistake we made with your order (including, but not limited to, receiving the wrong item, size, or color way).

Processing begins immediately after you confirm. Please double-check your sizing and the items in your cart before you check out. Also verify your shipping address. If you would like to request a return, please fill out this form.
