Refund Policy

All sales are final

Since most of our items are made-to-order, all sales are considered final. This helps us achieve our goal of being as close as possible to producing zero waste. While we strive to meet this goal, from time to time, our production partners may produce an item with discrepancies or mistakes.

We only accept returns when we make a mistake with your order (including, but not limited to, receiving the wrong item, size, or color way).

We do not offer exchanges

When you submit payment for your order, your item goes into production immediately. Before you submit:
  • Find your right fit by consulting our fits page for style and sizing.
  • Double-check you've selected the correct color way and size.
  • Verify your shipping address.

Inspect your order as soon as you receive it

Any return request must be started within 7 days of your delivery date. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item.

Processing a return

To start a return, please fill out the Return Contact Form. You will need the following information:
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Proof of receipt
  • Email address and phone number
  • Photo or other evidence of defect or mistake
After you complete the form, we will contact you to ask additional questions or notify you about next steps. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to return your damaged or defective item.

Items sent back without filling out the return form and receiving a "return approval" will no longer qualify for a refund or replacement.

Replacements

If you received the wrong color way or a defective item, we will send you a replacement item that matches your original order. No substitutions.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded using your original payment method.

Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit the funds back to you. If you have not received credit for your return after 15 business days, please contact us using our Return Contact Form.
